Our family has relied on Mackert for 17 years and can tell you and not worth the repairs. They are wonderful! Over the years there have been times they have always put us first, meaning that they would tell us if they felt our older vehicles were ready for retirement, as one example. They always give fair pricing and often charge less than the original estimate. The communications are great, Chris and Ben always explain things clearly and patiently and give updates.
