We have always found the service to be exceptional-- of particular note is the Mackert staff attention to even the "smallest" request. There is a positive response to explaining and/or fixing and/or problem solving all issues, from a major repair to changing wiper blades or replacing taillights etc.

Took me way too long to get around to writing this review. Mackert Automotive (which I will use MA for short) was amazing to work with. I purchased a used 2013 Toyota Sienna, and the transmission gave out on me after 4 days. I had my vehicle towed to MA because of all the positive reviews, and the hype is absolutely real! The person I was in contact with the most was Chris, and he was amazing at keeping me up to date on everything that was happening. I'm a texter, and there aren't enough words to convey how appreciative I am that they were able to communicate with me via text. My warranty company wanted to just stick any old transmission as a replacement, and I'm really thankful that MA was adamant about using a better quality OEM transmission. If you own a Toyota, then you know why it's better to get another Toyota transmission over anything else. MA replaced the transmission, did a quality check to make sure everything runs smoothly, and when I got my van back, it has been running as great as you'd expect from a brand new Toyota. ALSO, they lent me a vehicle to use while they were doing all the repairs! For those that have rented vehicles during this time, you all know how expensive vehicles were during Summer 2022. Cheapest rentals were $200/day not including all the other insurance stuff. Thanks again to Chris and everyone at Mackert Automotive! I highly recommend them, and you all are my go-to if I need any future repairs.
