The customer service at Mackert Automotive is the best I've received at any automotive business. From start to finish they kept me updated on my vehicle and talked me through the entire process. I left my vehicle with them since there were no appointments available for another week. They had my car back to me in a couple days. Highly recommend!

We were recmmended by a long time customer and have been pleased with the service. Foks are kind, get the job done on or before the time estimated, service to and from our home while work is being completed. Clean comfortable waiting room. As an elderly woman, being responsble for our car it is nice to know you can be trusted .
