One of my cars is a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer with over 220,000 miles on it. I always take it to Mackert Auto for service. One service involved replacing all the sparkplugs and wires. When I got it back, it was missing, almost like it was firing on 7 cylinders instead of 8. So I took it back to Mackert thinking it was a bad wire, plug or something like that. Howard's crew inspected and tested the electrical system from top to bottom They kept working at it to find out was was wrong, and discovered that two fuel injectors were plugged! How random! The car works great, and will continue to provide me with the transportation I need -- thanks to the team at Mackert Automotive! Thank you!

I have used Mackert auto for a couple of years now. Everytime I bring one of my vehicles in for service or repair they do a great job. From the Service Advisers to the technicians. Two weeks ago my 22 year old truck broke down. I dropped it off unannounced and with out an appointment. When I talked to Justin he said that they did not have an open appointment till 2 weeks out, but if somebody canceled they would try to get it in sooner. 2 days later they had the problem diagnosed, 2 days after that my truck was ready to go and runs great. At most repair shops you would expect to get a list of additional repairs. After all it is 22 years old, even though I do keep up on the routine maintenance. Instead I was told it's got some minor oil seepage's but nothing to worry about at this time. This is just my most recent visit. They are a very busy shop for a reason. They are that good.

Spoke with John. He said they staff at this facility did a good job, Everything went as he expected. Everything was fine.
