I’ve never had a mechanic call me to tell me my bill was going to be less than what was originally ally expected. A little pricey but outstanding work and service. They're almost always booked a couple weeks in advance but that says a lot about the quality of work they put out.

After two trips to the Ford dealer and one to a large, tire distributor, I finally found reputable mechanics that can troubleshoot and repair. Broken sway bar links on a 2003 Expedition would seem to be an easy item to troubleshoot. Mackert was the only shop that located and fixed the issue. They have my business going forward.

Outstanding service and top notch work. I've had other work performed at Mackert and feel that if you want your vehicle serviced in confidence this is the place. The initial contact person is Justin who provides information and no-presure advise on the resolution of the repairs needed. After the service, again, a no pressure recap of what was done and recommendations as to possible future actions that could be taken. Confidence in the service of your vehicle is everything. These people provide that confidence.

The customer service at Mackert Automotive is the best I've received at any automotive business. From start to finish they kept me updated on my vehicle and talked me through the entire process. I left my vehicle with them since there were no appointments available for another week. They had my car back to me in a couple days. Highly recommend!
