Mackert has great customer service and they’re very up front with cost of specific services. We used to go to dealerships to service our cars but those days are over. I would highly recommend Mackert to anyone!

Have been nursing my 18yr. old BMW 740i for last several years. Still runs great but inevitable that issues arise. Recently had my altenator replaced and some suspension work done and liked very much the way Mackert communicated the work they recommended to be done. Also impressed by the 3 year warranty on their work including the out-of-town coverage. Very professional shop and I likely will return.

I took my 1997 Honda Civic in because the key would get a little stuck when turning off the engine and I couldn't easily remove the key. I thought I probably needed to have a new ignition assembly put in. The great people at Mackert Automotive always go for a solution that is the least expensive first. They sprayed some graphite into the ignition and it works perfectly again! No charge! They always look out for me at Mackert and this is not the first time I've walked out saying WOW!

My first visit to Mackert was a pleasant experience! Reasonably priced and trustworthy. My Subaru is running great and I'll be back again when I need to! I would highly recommend Mackert Automotive!

When my battery died, the owner drove to my location, got me started, and took the car in for a rapid install of a new one. That, and other service at Mackert has always been the best.
