If only every customer service institution would treat their customers the way Mackert's Automotive does. Not only is their expertise second to none, but couple that with their warranty, and dedication to their entire industry. I have no need to bother with a dealership or another garage ever again.

Been doing business with Mackert for more than 10 years. I even let them work on my BMW Z3, and I NEVER let anyone else work on it other than a dealer. I am leaving the area now, and one of the outfits I am really going to miss is Mackert. Always good service, Always prompt. Estimates always accurate. And they looked at everything on the car every time I brought one in. Can't ask for more than that!

Awesome independent mechanic shop! I was able to call and get in on the same day and they had my brakes and rotors finished by the end of the day. They've got my business when it comes to my vehicle!

I finally found a mechanic I can trust. There have been several times I have asked about a service (like do I need shocks) and they have told me I don't need it. Makert's is a small enough shop where you can develop a relationship with the people.
