Mackert Automotive deserves 5 plus stars. My battery died while the car was in the garage. I was able to get it jump started to get to Mackert Automotive. I needed to leave the car so the battery could receive a deep charge. This meant I did not need to buy a new battery. They knew we are a one car family so they made it possible for me to get home and return later to get the car. Mackert Automotive practiced exceptional safety practices related to the Coronavirus. The car, the keys and even the invoice were all sanitized. Everyone practiced social distancing. I was so impressed with the entire experience that Mackert Automotive be my “go-to” mechanic in the future.

After almost 2 years my front brakes needed attention. They are under a 3 year warranty so there was friendly service, and no charge. There was also no “shake down” for some other work. This is the 2nd incident Howard or his crew have serviced and treated me this way. That’s one of the major reasons I have always gone to Howard Mackert Automotive for over 25 years, and have sent him many of my friends.
