I took my car in for a simple service and they were very thorough. They checked out a noise concern and made sure they could determine it was not a safety issue. I asked for an oil change and they even reset my internal dash computer to display oil change at 100% - small detail but it was appreciated! I love taking my car to Mackert's.

Brought my truck in without any notice and was back on the road in about same time as the "jiffy lube" places. However, I'm confident the drain plug was reinstalled AND tightened....unlike the experience my daughter encountered 1100 miles from home. Ruined a great engine and she got nothing but "how do we know we caused it to happen?!"
