I've never been happier with an automotive shop than I am with Mackert's. They stand behind their work, and are honest and trustworthy. We can talk about what repair is important and what doesn't really matter or can wait until next time. I feel totally taken care of because I receive emails that tell me what needs to be done and when. It's been a great partnership from my end.

So far, so good. Staff seemed knowlegable and pleasant to work with. Truck was done when they said it would be, and the estimate was accurate. If I need some more work, I'll contact them again.

There is not one better than Howard Mackert and Mackert Automotive. He has assembled a great team who honestly love what they do and care about the customer!

I've never been to a shop that was so up front about what I needed, or didn't need. They explained everything up front and the bill came in under what they quoted me. Definitely going back!

When Jiffy Lube ruined my car, I called Mackert and they fit me in the very next day. When they discovered that the problem was indeed caused by Jiffy Lube's incompetence, Howard wasn't even going to charge me! The customer service is wonderful and I really feel confident with their service. I'm so happy to have found a reliable mechanic and am recommending Mackert to all of my friends!

Mackert's did a great job fixing my truck....Toyota of Puyallup sent me home saying "Sorry that your truck is idling bad, but our equipment says everything is just fine..must be that your truck has 150k miles on it" It didn't seem correct so I had Mackerts check it out and they found a bad coil. Good job guys. Very professional service as well.

The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. They were also refreshingly accurate in their estimate.

The Air conditioner in my Olds wasn't cooling and needs to cool in Southern California where I was to go the next day. I called early AM and was told if I could leave the car that they could find time to determine why it was not cooling. By noon they called and reported that evacuation and charge would fix it. It was fixed by 4 PM at the cost I was quoted.

Another great job guys. Many thanks. The Toyota Highlander runs perfectly. These guys know cars and were extremely fair at searching for a difficult electrical problem.
