I dropped off my disabled car on a Sunday afternoon knowing that I didn't have an appointment. Your shop was booked but I was given a brief description by Tue afternoon. It wasn't done on Wed but things worked out. I appreciate not being pressured to try to fix a variety of other issues. There is an unusual sound now though. I should have you look at it again.
