We can talk about what repair is important and what doesn't really matter or can wait until next time. I feel totally taken care of because I receive emails that tell me what needs to be done and when. It's been a great partnership from my end.
So far, so good. Staff seemed knowlegable and pleasant to work with. Truck was done when they said it would be, and the estimate was accurate. If I need some more work, I'll contact them again.
