Thanks to Ben and Jarad my car has had a proper analysis and all problems were addressed. Jarad was very forthright about what needed to be done. In addition he said he would assist me in getting a problem fixed that was done by another shop and is still under warranty. That is way up and beyond the call of duty. Thanks
