Big shout out to Justin & all the folks at Mackerts who worked on my beloved VW Surfmobile. They chased down the problem, worked diligently to get the correct part (she’s an older vehIcle!) and now she’s running better than ever! I’m new to area so this is a great relief to find a shop I can trust.

They have set the bar very high for service. I received calls with updates and the job was done on time within budget. We have used Mackert several times now and have zero reason to ever go anywhere else. Always helpful and in the last experience we needed a custom modification. Justin contacted another shop and communicated our needs so we could have our driveline taken care of by someone who specializes in custom rigs. This speaks volumes for their attention to detail, rather than trying to tackle something that wasn't in their wheelhouse.

We have been taking our cars here for a couple years now. Justin’s communication is fantastic and the work preformed is quality. Personally, I appreciate that they keep the cars secure inside at night.
