Quick response to a billing concern , that turned out to be a mistake of mine. My husband and I have gone to Mackert for 9 years and always had good service and felt the team explained what needed to be done in an understandable way. We will count on them to keep our cars going to the 300,000 mile mark! My front light replacement was 300$ and took 2 days. When the other one needed replacement I took it to Pennisula Subaru and it was replaced under warranty while I waited

I bought a 2007 Scion TC from a private seller in Tacoma and everything looked good and drove fine around the city. When I drove it back to Silverdale, I was noticing a loss of power on the freeway. It was dangerous driving across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, but I made it and pulled over in Gig Harbor. I looked up nearby auto repair shops and Mackert Automotive came up as the closest, along with the best reviews. I dropped my car off in the middle of the night and called the next day. They were a little backed up, but it was understandable because of their excellent work. I got my car after a couple weeks and they were able to pinpoint the problem and have it fixed within a couple days of getting around to my car. There was a misfire caused by a bad injector. They got my car running to it's full potential and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They are competitively priced, and 100% honest! I would drive all the way back to Gig Harbor from Silverdale just to have a trustworthy shop work on any of my cars!
