For the second time in my ownership of this 2005 Toyota Tacoma, I turned the truck over to Mackert with a short list of things to look at, but with instructions to look at everything and tell me what I needed to get another 100k miles from it. Essentially, I opened myself up to being upsold on many things. And for the second time, Mackert did what I asked, including pointing out some things that I ought to consider. I asked them to proceed with some and not others. They fixed the truck quickly and at a reasonable price, declining to add items that they might have thought were justified, but that had not been discussed. I am confident that when something is brought to my attention by Mackert's people, it is worth considering and that they will not push the limits. I also feel that I am getting good advice about my vehicle. Justin and Ben were personable, knowledgeable and open for discussion. I will be back...not too soon, I hope.
