I really don't normally leave reviews, but we love Mackert enough to make the exception. First of all, they listen! We have gone to so many places for different issues with our car, and they took the time to actually investigate what the issue was. Second, they respect our budget. We each time we have gone in, they have clarified with us what the estimated cost is and before proceeding beyond that they have always talked to us first. They have also tried to come in under their own estimated price, and have referred us to other businesses so we could be as thrifty as possible. Thirdly, they have just been beyond kind. They have never treated us like a nuisance or a headache, even when our car keeps giving them problems to solve.

Never a question about quality, timing, respect nor cost. In my opinion , This business has always performed at the top of the chart. Howard, Justin and the entire crew, thank you for all of your hard work and the quality you put into it, I appreciate it as I am sure so to do many others.

They rebuilt the rear end of my Lexus GX 470, gave me a loaner, and the bill was hundreds under estimate. Thank you Mackert!!
