Gig Harbor Auto Repair

Customer friendly excellent service! I feel there is nothing to improve on. It is a good feeling to know your vehicle is in good hands and you are not financially taken advantage of.

As always, fair and excellent service

Always courteous and prompt service. These guys are honest mechanics and I appreciate what they do.

Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I had an oil change and routine maintenance done at Mackert and every time I have driven my car since, it literally makes me smile because it drives 100% better. There was a manufacturer-issued recommendation on the transmission fluid that Mackert handled to resolve a juttering problem that we have been experiencing for well over 2 years. It is so noticeably smoother, I am still surprised every time I go up and incline and don’t cringe at the lurching. Highly recommend!

Great work!

Mackert’s always takes great care of me and my car. I never feel taken advantage of. If my car needs something done, they tell me what is needed now and what can wait til next time. I always appreciate that.

Complete flushing of steering, transmission, and oil change.

Professional, courteous, and on time! They cleaned my windshield and vaccumed my driver's side mat too. :)
