This is my second time in the past four years that I have asked Mac Auto to carry out repairs to my wife’s Cadillac SRX - once for a brake job and most recently to replace a failing wheel bearing. In both cases the repairs were effected quickly, effectively, and for a reasonable price. Communication was excellent and the staff most helpful in discussing options. We remain very pleased with Mac Auto and will confidently use them in the future should the need arise. If you’ve not used Mac Auto before, give them a try - you won’t be disappointed.

Nice people and great service. I went to another local auto shop and they quoted me $200 more to repair my windshield wiper motor, Mackert got it done for less and that same day.

I took my 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman in to find out why it wouldn't start one day. I assumed it was the battery and expected to replace it. Justin said he checked everything out and did not find any problems so did not recommending replacing it. I truly respect his honesty and advice!!!! Mackert Automotive is the only place I take my car. They do a terrific job and make sure I'm satisfied. I like that they offer loaner vehicles if available while my car was being repaired. Always courteous and go over all the details. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great to be able to drop car and key the night before, easy to do pay on the phone and have family poick up car. I am 85 and these arangements worked out really well Also when I called with a tail light out, it was able to get in right away. Friendly service, and I know I can trust you .Thank you
