Thank you for the excellent service of my 2012 Buick Enclave today. There are a few items on the labor description that are listed as a #2 (service in the near future) so my question is, 1 week or 6 months? ie air filter, trans, differential, coolant. Took my truck in for a major overhaul and I was very pleased with how well it ran/sounded thereafter and my bill fell under my estimate so I was even more pleased. Been a client of Mackert’s for close to ten years and always been very pleased.

It has been far too long since I’ve found a business who does things the way they used to be done, the way of my fathers generation, the way they should be. Josh couldn’t have been more kind and communicative. I’ve a 2007 Tundra that had seen some bad days and Mackert’s went through each bit to bring her back. Honest, kind and reasonable, are there anymore cliche words I could use? The truth is, I’ve brought my vehicles in for fix all’s for the last eight years and always they figure out the issue, confirm what the cost of the fix will be and make it right without upselling or astronomical pricing.
