It has been far too long since I’ve found a business who does things the way they used to be done, the way of my fathers generation, the way they should be. Josh couldn’t have been more kind and communicative. I’ve a 2007 Tundra that had seen some bad days and Mackert’s went through each bit to bring her back. Honest, kind and reasonable, are there anymore cliche words I could use? The truth is, I’ve brought my vehicles in for fix all’s for the last eight years and always they figure out the issue, confirm what the cost of the fix will be and make it right without upselling or astronomical pricing. Took my 2003 Buick to MacAuto due to an oil leak. Justin was such a big help setting everything up for me, And keeping me informed.
