Spoke on the phone and Justin is very knowledgeable. I have first appointment here later in September for an oil change. Update: October 18th took in my car for brakes. Unfortunately for me, it needed much more than anticipated. So long story short - Baby got new shoes! New Rotors and pads all around and calipers on rear. Mackert Auto got the proper parts and finished the job same day. Nice! Hi quality parts proper for our NW weather. Quality people, quality parts and definitely at a fair price. I had a broken Heater/AC blower motor. They sourced the motor and made the repair in half a day. Very fast, very inexpensive. I love Mackerts. I have been utilizing their services for many years. I go no where else. Thanks. Regards, Steve

I had a very narrow time frame when I had drivers at home with me who could help get my car to Mackert — not only was Justin happy to let me fill a cancellation but he was super nice about it, didn’t try to upsell me by telling me more was wrong than what I knew was, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly— PLUS he has a huge warranty on any work done! We moved to this area only a couple of months ago — so grateful to have found our mechanic! I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else!

I am never disappointed with the service or the end result. I just found out that Mackerts helps refurbish cars for women released from Purdy and I think that is wonderful!

Super great to work with. I had a unique issue and they solved it at a very affordable price.

I thought I had a major coolant leak and was prepared for a big repair bill. Turned out I needed a new radiator cap, felt rather dumb but you can't even see the cap without removing a panel covering the radiator.
