I have been taking all my vehicles to Mackert Automotive for service for about 10 years. They have always done a first class job, they are experienced, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Great job employee super accommodating because I returned after having everything done including rotating tires! Except they forgot to check the air all four tires were low which triggered the auto screen

I have never met any of the crew at Mackert Automotive. My transaction was completely via phone, dropping keys in a key box and picking up car upon completion of repairs after hours. I worked with Justin and I have to say, I am very impressed with the service provided. I appreciate the professional presentation of work to be completed, the competitive and fair pricing and the honest assessment. (I had taken our Subaru to a dealer's service department, who gave me a very very expensive list of items that needed to be completed IMMEDIATELY or our engine would need to be replaced.) Justin did not want to know what was on the list so that he could do an unbiased assessment. Needless to say, the list of items that needed to be completed were way within manufacturers recommendations and reasonably priced. Thank you, Justin, and Mackert Automotive!

We took our beloved 2020 Volvo XC wagon in for a check engine light and full diagnostics. Mackert Automotive was very professional, thorough in their assessment. While the news was not great, Mackert was very patient with us as our family weighed the pros and cons of repairing a 21 year old vehicle or taking it out of service. They helped us define options. In the meantime, we had an oil change done and we are still trying to figure out what to do. The team at Mackert is clearly very knowledgeable; they don’t sugarcoat or try to upsell. We appreciate their candor and their caring attitude.
