I had a very narrow time frame when I had drivers at home with me who could help get my car to Mackert — not only was Justin happy to let me fill a cancellation but he was super nice about it, didn’t try to upsell me by telling me more was wrong than what I knew was, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly— PLUS he has a huge warranty on any work done! We moved to this area only a couple of months ago — so grateful to have found our mechanic! I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else!

I thought I had a major coolant leak and was prepared for a big repair bill. Turned out I needed a new radiator cap, felt rather dumb but you can't even see the cap without removing a panel covering the radiator.
