Great customer service throughout the process. They took my truck in after it suddenly wouldn’t start although I didn’t have an appointment. Towing dropped it off there and they took care of it rest.

Great feeling to know when I leave my vehicle at Mackert Automotive the work will be done expertly and I not worried about having the job needing a re-work. My time is valuable and so is theirs. A very professional crew from the front desk to the very well experienced ASE certified mechanics in the shop. Big shout out to Ben and Chris who get the job started by knowing how to listen to the customer and respond proactively. Your not just a number traveling through.
