The folks at Mackert's are so helpful and enjoyable to deal with. My oil change and complete vehicle check was done in a couple of hours, and the fee was nominal, especially since they didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle, and even decided not to change the air filters because they weren't dirty. Integrity.
