Excellent service as always. They promptly got my jeep in and running again even though they were already booked. I so appreciate their honesty, promptness, professionalism, and the quality work they do. I was referred to them a few years back and refer all my friends there now as well.

Howard runs a very tight shop and fully understands customer service. He is quite aware that the customer can make a choice to go elsewhere and his team works very hard to provide a satisfactory result.

I cannot imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else but MacAuto! Their service is excellent in all areas, and they go the extra mile to try to fit me in when it's an emergency. The "personal touch" is evident everywhere and I never feel like "just another client" as I have in the past at other auto service companies. 5 stars aren't enough--I give you 6! I could go to one of those quickie drive thru oil change places for a lot less, however, I would not get the service and excellent work there. I trust Mackert to not only change the oil, but check my vehicle for any safety problems and provide fair pricing. As my vehicle gets older it's even more important to have a place I trust to take my vehicle to. You guys are top notch and always looking to provide the best service for price available. Thanks for keeping me safe!
