Always honest and professional. I was referred by a friend a year ago when I was having a lot of automotive problems and Mackert's could not have been more helpful and honest. They will always be my mechanic.

The folks at Mackert are always friendly and give me a thorough review of how my car is doing. I appreciate their honest assessment and explanation of what is necessary to do right away and what can wait a few months knowing that I am on a budget.

Good service and honest

Excellent service as always. They promptly got my jeep in and running again even though they were already booked. I so appreciate their honesty, promptness, professionalism, and the quality work they do. I was referred to them a few years back and refer all my friends there now as well.

Howard runs a very tight shop and fully understands customer service. He is quite aware that the customer can make a choice to go elsewhere and his team works very hard to provide a satisfactory result.

I cannot imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else but MacAuto! Their service is excellent in all areas, and they go the extra mile to try to fit me in when it's an emergency. The "personal touch" is evident everywhere and I never feel like "just another client" as I have in the past at other auto service companies. 5 stars aren't enough--I give you 6!
