I called with an issue with my car and Justin came to the rescue for me. He took the time to listen, and really look into it and low and behold my problem has been corrected. I'd been to Mackert years ago with a different car and knew they would take care of me, but had a momentary lapse and listened to a friend and took my car to their mechanic instead. I shouldn't have done that. They did an oil change and called it good. It wasn't. Thank God I only had to pay for the oil change so my bank account didn't suffer, but lesson learned. Listen to your gut and go where you trust you will be taken care of by an honest mechanic. Thanks Justin for taking the time to talk to me, explain things thoroughly, and patiently answer my questions. It's such a relief to know that my car is safe to drive!
