Recently went to Mackert for first time for a second opinion of a diagnosis and estimate for $2000+ from another shop . None of the work "urgently needed" according to the other shop was needed. Mackert gave a clear, credible explanation and described work that will be needed next. So, I will most likely return when the time comes. Their customer service check-in and pickup process is very efficient. Best Covid precautions I have seen.

Not knowing where to go with my oil leaky subie, I remembered someone recommending MacAuto so I gave them a call. Fixed the problem and their work comes with a warranty. Ben and Justin answered my questions and were kind and considerate. Great people to work on my car!
