I was very happy with the Jarod and his staff at Mackert's. I find their work to be dependable and honest. They even discovered two items that are under warranty and called to set up the repairs at the shop where my warranties are covered.

Mackert Automotive always provides good service. After having bad experiences at other places in the past, this is the only place I would bring my car in when I have any problems.

Service performed on time and at a fair price

As usual, everyone went out their way to make sure that my visit was a good one. After carefully checking out my car, Howard explained the repairs needed. He was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable - as always. Jerusha even offered me a ride to a local coffee shop during my wait, but the good coffee and clean and pleasant waiting area were great. Jarod offered his wonderful customer service and shared his knowledge about cars. Kudos to the techs in the back who did the actual work and have done so for me for 10 years.
