They saved me!!! We drove cross country for thanksgiving and really destroyed our front brakes. They didn’t have any appointments available, but were able to replace our brakes anyway the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING at a reasonable price. A holiday miracle! I had my 2000 Toyota Tundra taken to Market Automotive because I had a problem with the steering. Mackert contacted me right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and let me know of a few other minor issues with the cooling system and asked if I had any other concerns. They checked the breaks and found they were up to standard Mackert gave me a reasonable estimate for the work needed. In a few days my truck was ready and the bill was no more than the estimate I was given. I feel very confident in the experience of the mechanics and comfortable with the customer service provided. I sometimes think customer service is a thing of the past but my confidence has been restored by my recent experience with Mackert Automotive.

I asked Mackert Automotive to troubleshoot a cyclical noise I was getting on my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The mechanic found my rear differential was the cause. I got a call and was informed of the issue, approximate cost for repair, and when it would be completed. Repair, cost and timing were spot on. Great job!
