I had an oil change and routine maintenance done at Mackert and every time I have driven my car since, it literally makes me smile because it drives 100% better. There was a manufacturer-issued recommendation on the transmission fluid that Mackert handled to resolve a juttering problem that we have been experiencing for well over 2 years. It is so noticeably smoother, I am still surprised every time I go up and incline and don’t cringe at the lurching. Highly recommend!
